Are you an experienced Residential (Building) Surveyor looking to focus on a low volume, non-lender/private workload? Would you like to earn well in excess of £100k based on undertaking 1 x report per day?
My client is a highly respected, long-established, multi-office, independent firm of Chartered Surveyors, with offices throughout London. Through overwhelming demand for their services, they are now looking to appoint an additional Residential Surveyor as follows:
- AssocRICS or M/FRICS qualified (VRS not essential).
- Comfortable undertaking L2 and L3 Surveys for private clients (our client does not service lender/panel work).
- Work available in N, E, EN and IG postcodes, with patches put together to suit both location and earning preferences.
- NEVER more than 20 Surveys per month expected (i.e. 1 per day), unless desired for greater earning potential.
- Sensible turnaround times: 2-3 days for L2s and 4-5 days for L3s.
- Options to undertake other work if desired: Party Wall, RCA, Defects, Commercial etc.
- Outstanding career progression and training.
- Longstanding team very sociable/welcoming, creating an exceptional environment in which to work (virtually zero staff turnover).
- Your own dedicated administrator for booking/client liaison/general support, maximising your time spent earning.
- My client will pay up to £80k on the basic salary (depending on experience/qualification) with easily achieved bonuses (paid quarterly) enabling six figure earnings based on an output of 1x job per day.
