My client is a long-established, privately-owned Property Investment and Development company with over £.5 Billion in Residential and Commercial Assets spanning the South of England. Having recently taken the management of their Leasehold Block Portfolio back in house, they now seek a Property Manager / Block Manager (to work client side) as follows:
- Working office based in West Sussex (when not on site)
- Large, friendly, longstanding team with a vibrant, supportive atmosphere (family feel)
- Managing a 6x site portfolio, all of which is fully owned in-house (you are the freeholder), comprising 2 large estates, 2 medium estates and 2 small estates (totalling 900 units all in)
- Overseeing the handover from the current managing agent, bringing all aspects of the portfolio back in house
- Dealing with service charges and maintenance primarily, utilising in-house contractors and operatives as required
- No S20 consultations or major works responsibility
- Reporting to / Assisting the Head of Residential as required
- QUBE beneficial but not essential, good general system skills a must
