We are working with a Super Prime Managing agent who oversees some of the most prestigious, iconic, luxurious, and desirable blocks in West and SW London. On one site, in Chelsea, they are now looking to appoint a Head Concierge as follows:
- Based in Chelsea, working a 40-hour day shift Mon-Fri
- Heading up the concierge team, providing a 5* luxury service to residents and their guests
- Training the Concierge team to ensure they meet the 5* standards expected
- Liaising with Residents, Visitors and Contractors as they enter the building, providing advice and guidance in accordance with the 5* luxury ethos of the site
- Undertaking related administrative tasks, reporting back to the Estate Manager
You will have excellent spoken and written English with immaculate presentation. Previous experience in 5* Hotel/Hospitality or Super Prime Residential Developments is essential.
The successful Head Concierge can expect a starting salary between £34,000 - £36,500 (depending on experience and qualifications) with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
