We are working with a relatively new but well-established and rapidly growing independent Managing Agent who is looking to hire an additional Property Manager as follows:

  • Based in Essex, close to Basildon.
  • Focused on RTM sites, many of which were empowered and guided through the process in-house.
  • Experienced in handovers (i.e. from agent managed via freeholder appointment).
