Service Charge Accountant / Client Accountant Hertfordshire cΒ£45k Were working with a well-established, forward thinking and highly successful independent managing agent based in Hertfordshire. Within their Service Charge Accounting Team, they are now looking to hire an additional Service Charge Accountant / Client Accountant as follows: Office based close to Elstree (Herts), working amongst a team of 12 dealing with the full range of service charge duties from budgets to resident queries and year ends Using QUBE software as the in-house CRM Liaising with Property Managers to ensure budgets are set according to lease provision and site need Reconciling payments in, contractor payments out and following the recovery procedure when dealing with service charge arrears Providing information to external auditors at year end alongside reports to clients as required throughout the service charge year Impressive offices with a vibrant, friendly, inclusive team lots of social events and ongoing training / career development The suitable Service Charge Accountant / Client Accountant will have 2-3 years service charge experience and ideally familiarity with QUBE.
