Are you an experienced Prime London Property Manager fed up with front line portfolio management but keen to leverage your knowledge in a related setting for better earning potential? Would you like to work mainly home/site based managing your diary and whereabouts to suit?
We are working with a prominent Maintenance Contractor who provides high quality repairs, maintenance, and major works services to a large number of well-regarded managing agents within the M25. With plans to expand into the Prime London market throughout 2026 and beyond, they now seek a Business Development Manager from Property Management backgrounds as follows:
- Ideally from a Prime London background, with good general connections (in the prime market) to managing agents, property managers/colleagues, developers, freeholders, and residents.
- A good understanding of what work makes a good contractor, what doesn’t and why (from both a property management and resident perspective).
- A genuine understanding of the frustrations, false economies, and time constraints relating to the use of inefficient contractors/poor workmanship.
- Promotion of our clients' services through networking with managing agents, developers, freeholders, and residents, demonstrating the benefits and business advantages of using them over other less well-established contractors.
Suitable candidates need NOT be maintenance/major works experts (our client will provide full training on the technical elements of both), but should have excellent relationship building skills, strong networking capabilities, and a desire to maximise OTE through dealmaking.
Successful candidates can expect a remuneration package well beyond that of most property management roles comprising:
- £40k - £55k+ basic (negotiable)
- Uncapped commission based on fee income and targets, rising incrementally and enabling £60k+ bonus on top of basic salary (£110k+)
- Mainly home/site based with a London office available as required
- £300 monthly car allowance
- 5% pension
- Private healthcare (after probation)
If you meet the above criteria and would like to know more, please apply now for immediate consideration.
