Property Manager Hybrid Manchester – £35,000
Were working with a longstanding, regional Property Management company who are looking to hire an additional Property Manager as follows:
- Hybrid working (3 days from home) reporting into a Manchester office during probation and 2 days per week thereafter
- 9-5 Mon-Fri working hours
- Overseeing a local portfolio of long retained blocks, focused on budgets, site visits and major works
- Zero Admin / Resident queries to deal with these are all taken care of centrally on your behalf by a separate team ensuring an excellent work life balance (youll never get bogged down with emails/calls to respond to!)
- Managing contractors, ensuring standards are maintained according to lease/contracts/SLAs
- 1-2 years autonomous portfolio management experience required
- Professional qualification beneficial but not essential and can be supported in post
