We’re looking for a Digital Account Manager to support campaign delivery, manage client accounts, and collaborate with media partners to optimise performance. Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and optimise PPC and Paid Social campaigns, including ad copywriting where required.
  • Monitor campaign performance, QA activity, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and results.
  • Manage campaign budgets and oversee external digital partners where applicable.
  • Stay up to date with emerging digital media opportunities, trends, and platform developments.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and confident expectation management.
  • Support the development and delivery of media strategies and campaigns across multiple channels from briefing through to reporting.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure all campaign admin, specs, deadlines, and reporting are accurate and up to date.
  • Lead projects effectively, keeping teams aligned, on schedule, and on brief.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and proactively contribute new ideas and solutions.
  • Present plans, insights, and recommendations clearly and confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to new business pitches and support wider agency growth initiatives.
  • Use planning, research, and insight tools to support strategic media recommendations.
  • Troubleshoot campaign or client issues proactively, supporting senior stakeholders where needed.
  • Report on campaign and account performance while ensuring all relevant administration is completed.
  • Work towards strategic, insight-led planning while completing required IPA qualifications, including Foundation, Effectiveness Essentials, Commercial Essentials, and Legs Regs.
Desirable skills include
  • Line management experience and hands-on experience managing Display campaigns.
Skills Required
  • Experience managing campaigns across Paid Social and/or Google Ads platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and digital performance reporting.
  • Understanding of tracking, tagging, and pixel implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and forward‑thinking approach to work.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Ability to mentor and support junior team members.
  • Proficient in Keynote, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Google Workspace.
Works Experience Required
  • 2+ years media planning and buying experience in an agency or equivalent.
