BBI exists to help our customers create advances that improve health and save lives. We are seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to join our team.
The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing, driving and governing the global marketing campaign plan within their region. This will include working closely with Product Managers to collate and design materials and technical content, while also working with the central Marketing function to ensure campaign materials are brand compliant and in line with BBI’s values.
An essential part of the role is to work in conjunction with regional Sales leadership and sales teams to drive campaign activities and compliance through the setting of robust campaign plans, defined prospects lists, clear campaign targets and performance measures to ensure campaign success. Furthermore, Regional Marketing Managers will actively research regional markets, sales dynamics and channel strategies to optimise campaigns and ensure that they are tailored to regional markets and channels (e.g. supporting distributor marketing needs where appropriate). They will also provide feedback to Product Management and central Marketing regarding key topics or trends relevant to the global Marketing strategy.
The Regional Marketing Manager will also support in region account‑based marketing activities, customer expert‑to‑expert events, trade events and congresses, and opportunities to develop relationships with KOL (key opinion leaders) and other relevant 3rd parties.
In this role your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver an annual Marketing campaign plan, increasing overall campaign ROI through improved lead generation, campaign control and governance, and coordinated lead/funnel progression with front line sales.
- Ensuring that in region marketing activities, their planning and execution, are fully aligned with regional sales teams, growth objectives and strategies, while also being able to quickly adapt and support emerging regional requirements.
- Deploy regional marketing tactics utilizing a multichannel approach including print, digital, social, events, and sales channels.
- Drive engagement with front line sales, and more importantly, customers- having increased ability to interact directly with customers in local environments and settings, helping to adapt and tailor regional marketing approaches accordingly.
- Ensure that campaigns are adapted to local and cultural nuances, so that campaigns better reflect local customs, dialects, and preferences, making campaigns feel more personal and relatable.
- Deliver tailored messaging to ensure activities resonate more deeply with local audiences, leading to increased interaction, loyalty, and conversion.
- Bring brand messaging close to front line sales and customers, helping to embed and drive brand culture throughout the sales organisation and in direct customer interactions.
- Help BBI stand out from national or global competitors by emphasising recognising and adapting to local needs, increasing staff and customer connectivity.
- Allow BBI to respond quickly to local events, trends, or challenges, keeping campaigns and associated marketing activities timely and relevant.
- Performing detailed analysis and routine reporting of regional business performance (i.e. segment sales performance, opportunity pipeline analysis, and campaign results) to feedback into Product Management and central Marketing to support the evolution of BBI’s marketing strategy.
