We are seeking an R&D Technical Assistant to join our team.
This is a fixed-term (3 Month), full-time position based at our site in Crumlin.

The Role
The R&D Technical Assistant contributes towards day‑to‑day activities of the Co E.
They will support the R&D Scientist with tasks pertaining to the development of recombinant proteins from microbial and mammalian sources.
Responsibilities
- Assist on day‑to‑day tasks in conjunction with the research scientist with minimal supervision (previous laboratory experience will be required).
- Prepare reagents/buffer/media as per instruction.
- Maintain equipment in working order with respect to calibrations, cleanliness and operations including but not limited to hoods, pipettes, p H meters, spectrophotometer, autoclave, incubator, shaker, water baths, reactor, homogenizer, centrifuges etc.,
- Assist scientist with accurate data logging on experiments and report generation.
- Help scientist with maintenance of user logs, chemical lists, stock intakes, ordering etc.,
- Ensure smooth supply of laboratory inventory requirements.
- Cleaning and maintenance of laboratory glassware, plastic wares, and other allied consumables.
