They will also provide feedback to Product Management and central Marketing regarding key topics or trends relevant to the global Marketing strategy. The Regional Marketing Manager will also support in-region account-based marketing activities, customer expert to expert events, trade events and congresses, and opportunities to develop relationships with KOL (key opinion leaders) and other relevant 3rd parties.

- Deploy regional marketing tactics utilizing a multichannel approach including print, digital, social, events, and sales channels.
- Drive engagement with front line sales, and more importantly, customers- having increased ability to interact directly with customers in local environments and settings, helping to adapt and tailor regional marketing approaches accordingly.

- Deliver tailored messaging to ensure activities resonate more deeply with local audiences, leading to increased interaction, loyalty, and conversion.
- Bring brand messaging close to front line sales and customers, helping to embed and drive brand culture throughout the sales organisation and in direct customer interactions.
- Help BBI stand out from national or global competitors by emphasising recognising and adapting to local needs, increasing staff and customer connectivity.
