Location: Crumlin. Fixed‑term 12‑month full‑time position. We are seeking a Production Scientist to join our team. This role involves manufacturing, batch record completion, equipment maintenance, adherence to safety and quality standards, and collaboration with multiple departments to ensure efficient production processes. The position is performed in both laboratory and production settings.
Responsibilities
- Carry out manufacturing tasks according to the production schedule and in compliance with Manufacturing Batch Records and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Operate relevant production equipment for use in the manufacture of product.
- Ensure completion of in‑process testing and quality checks for manufactured products.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date batch records and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry).
- Experience in a production or laboratory environment, preferably within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of GMP and ISO13485 standards.
