About the Role
The Production Operative will be responsible for the assembly of Rapid Tests and other diagnostic products.
As a Production Operative you are responsible for the quality and efficiency of the production process, ensuring adherence to all quality standards and supporting your team.
Responsibilities
- Manufacture all Rapid Tests, components and other diagnostic products.
- Adherence to BBI’s quality system.
- Adherence to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) requirements.
- Keeping GMP compliant records.
- Ensuring batch record completion is up to date and accurate, including performance of defined checks.
- Adherence to all SOPs, EPs and relevant documents.
- Operating various pieces of production equipment associated with the manufacture of Products.
- Maintenance, calibration and cleaning of equipment and all production rooms.
- Labelling and reconciliation of Rapid Tests.
- Packing of Rapid Test components.
Qualifications
- Prior production skills preferable.
- Full training will be provided.
