The Marketing and Communications Manager will be responsible for promoting and embedding BBI's new brand across the organisation and in all external communications. They will also be responsible for upholding BBI's brand values, including by regularly providing relevant materials, collateral and communications, both internally and externally, that will support our brand and value goals.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Brand management and support: Driving awareness and embed BBI's Brand and values, internally and externally, with a formalised annual plan of activities and communications. Maintain brand guidelines and report on brand compliance across BBI, reporting performance against key measures and deliverables to SLT and supporting improvement plans. Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications. Liaise with SLT, Commercial and Product Management to align branding, values, communications and marketing tools with company goals and strategies.
- Communications (Internal and external): Lead and drive the development, delivery and outcomes of external communication campaigns and activities. Designing and executing an internal communications strategy and plan. Ensure a regular review of campaigns and make appropriate revisions based on performance and feedback. Ensure all employees and stakeholders receive a positive and balanced view of BBI through delivery of a proactive and innovative approach to communications and in conjunction with HR employee engagement initiatives. Ensure all communications and marketing activities align with corporate brand guidelines. Ensure that communications always take account of the diverse needs of our audience.
- Content creation & oversight: Collaborate with regional Marketing Managers and provide tool set for them to use in their execution of marketing and sales campaign plans. Lead the creation of general marketing content and collateral, including brochures, newsletters, emails, videos, merchandise, posters and signage. Collaborate with and manage third party copywriters, designers, and external agencies to support content creation. Collaborate with Product Management to ensure technical materials and campaign content is in line with Brand and values. Review and edit core content for clarity, tone, and alignment with brand and values.
You Should Apply If:
- Marketing Qualification (CIM or equivalent) and CIPR Communications based training, preferably in a scientific or technical environment.
- Proven delivery of successful global campaigns, delivering effective marketing and brand tools, communications, and content.
- Life science and healthcare industry related experience (or technical / scientific experience as a minimum).
- Experience of working with a complex and extensive portfolio of products.
- Operating across differing sales channels to optimise communication and marketing reach.
- Interfacing with customers to gain feedback and assess engagement performance.
