The Role:
As a Business Improvement Specialist, you will work directly with some of the UK’s leading construction, infrastructure and manufacturing organisations, helping them improve business and project performance through practical, hands-on improvement initiatives. You’ll collaborate with leaders, project teams and supply chains to identify opportunities, implement improvement methodologies, develop capability and create high-performance cultures.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Facilitating workshops
- Gathering and analysing data
- Developing process improvement plans
- Supporting the implementation of business improvement initiatives
You will also ensure the behaviours and routines are embedded to drive performance and impacts.
