Overview
- A partner to the account leads; helping to ensure that the full ambition of the creative opportunity on the business is consistently executed to the highest standard, and within the parameters of the client’s budget and timings.
- A partner to the client: providing long term and consistent consultancy; identifying opportunities for more efficient and effective ways of working based on the specific production requirements of the business.
- A partner to the creatives; providing constant support and inspiration, delivering production partner solutions and innovations to ensure the best creative output.
- A consultant in upstream phases of creative development: when the strategic brief has been defined, but whilst full the shape of the campaign ecosystem (and media plan) is still to be fixed.
Responsibilities
- This is a production leadership role
- Sitting on the Health client leadership team alongside Executive Creative Director, Managing Partner/ Business Leads and Strategy Director
- Build open and direct client relationship
- Oversight of all work across all channels / platforms
- Induct and educate new BBH and client members on production process
- Inspire and protect the work and the process of execution
- Challenge what we make and how we make it
- Demonstrate value while protecting the craft
- Ensure all creative work is ballparked and scheduled before presentation.
- Look upstream at briefs and opportunities in the pipeline.
- Plug into the Production Resource Director and Production Heads keeping tabs on briefs, timelines and opportunities.
- Help connect the dots between fee and resource on all productions.
- Advice on casting production resource on all output
- Ensure time spent producing is protected and balanced with new Leadership responsibilities
- Seek innovative production partnerships on clients business upstream, both project based and long term based. When appropriate bring specialists in early to help shape the idea
- Build relationship with procurement and their processes
- Create client production bible for brand (bible for any producer to easily plug into the brand)
- Keep on top of emerging technologies and how these can be brought into the Health offering (AI, VP etc)
- Work with BA to ensure we have standardized contracts for Health, and to ensure guidelines are included in best practice (inc SAG for US markets, or US/Global playout processes)
- Annual scoping on Health accounts – oversight on production ballparks to ensure consistency and accuracy across accounts.
- A foundational understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance and support ACM in navigating the complex regulatory environment to ensure all creative and production outputs adhere to legal and ethical standards.
- An understanding of confidential data management and management of data moving from the US to Global and vice-versa. This will involve both ACM, PM and multiple departments.
- Encourage and facilitate proactive thinking about channel integration that is led by the creative idea.

- Ability to motivate a team of people, to get the very best out of people, to be able develop internal and external relationships
- To be considered a friendly and approachable leader, a go to person for all department members
- A complete understanding of agency process with an ambition to drive agile production processes and structures wherever possible
- Self starter, who is innovative in their approach to problem solving and prepared to think laterally on any given task
- Mentor, coach and inspire Assistant Producers
- Proactively collaborate with all BBH Departments (especially with the Creative, Account Management, Strategy and Finance department, Wellcom, BSS)
- Being a good point of contact for all questions/queries

- Ensure all creative work is developed alongside account, creative and strategy with production parameters and approach in mind
- Build open and direct client and procurement relationships to demonstrate and articulate value to our clients

- Seek innovative production partnerships bringing in specialists early to shape the idea
- Identify opportunities for maximizing economies of scale and value in production
