Global technology consultancy BBGC is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our UK Team.

We leverage cutting-edge technology led solutions delivered by a team of skilled professionals, from sustainable software development to cloud services and operational excellence strategy. We have extensive expertise in Capital Markets and in particular Trading and Risk Management functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Has driven new business wins and put together proposals. Can develop and execute on a sales strategy. Has led the negotiation and closing of opportunities
- Financial Management: Has experience of running operations at multiple accounts. Has experience knowing common approaches to working with procurement organisations and across client sizes and industries
- Industry Experience: expertise, passion, and thought leadership driving transformation in the consulting & technology industry
- Client Relationships: Has worked closely with internal business leaders. Has managed partnerships with client at the C-level mitigating risk when issues arise.
- Portfolio Management: Has created an account plan at a high complexity, multi-market account
- Public Relations: promote BBGC via social media channels and by attending / speaking at industry events
Requirements
- Experience in a business development role in a technology services/consultancy firm
- In addition, other relevant experience working with the technology industry, either in-house and/or consulting industry
- Experience managing sales for complex digital transformational programs that includes people, processes, and technology.
- Hands-on contract negotiation experience with NDA\’s, MSA\’s, & SOW\’s
- Excellent negotiation, problem solving and decision-making skills
- English writing skills & experience with creating compelling content for presenting to clients
- Experience with oversight of client engagements & ability to influence consultants & stakeholders to the desired outcomes
- Awareness of industry best practices & thought leadership
