Global technology consultancy BBGC is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our UK team.

Our expertise spans Capital Markets, Trading, and Risk Management functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development: Drive new business wins, develop proposals, create and execute sales strategies, negotiate, and close opportunities.
  2. Financial Management: Manage operations across multiple accounts, work with procurement organizations, and adapt to various client sizes and industries.
  3. Industry Expertise: Lead transformation initiatives within the consulting and technology industry.
  4. Client Relationships: Collaborate closely with internal leaders, manage C-level partnerships, and mitigate risks.
  5. Portfolio Management: Develop complex account plans across multiple markets.
  6. Public Relations: Promote BBGC through social media and industry events.

Requirements:

  • Experience in business development within a technology services or consultancy firm.
  • Relevant experience in the technology industry, either in-house or consulting.
  • Proven success managing sales for complex digital transformation programs involving people, processes, and technology.
  • Hands-on experience with contract negotiations, including NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong English writing skills, with experience creating compelling client presentations.
  • Experience overseeing client engagements and influencing stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Awareness of industry best practices and thought leadership.
