Global technology consultancy BBGC are looking for an experienced agile business analyst with expertise in CTRM in LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) to join our team. As a Business Analyst specializing in CTRM, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the intricacies of commodity trading operations within a LNG environment and leverage your expertise in CTRM systems to optimize processes and drive efficiency.
Requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to commodity trading activities, risk management, and financial reporting.
- Evaluate existing CTRM systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Design and implement solutions within CTRM systems to enhance trading strategies, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of CTRM systems and tools.
- Develop and maintain documentation including business process flows, system configurations, and user manuals.

Knowledge & Experience:
- Experience in digital product delivery, preferably within LNG/commodities industry.
- Desirable experience in Planlogic CTRM.
- Strong agile methodology experience & knowledge.
- Knowledge of human-centered design & design-thinking if advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable to a diverse range of cultural & professional backgrounds.
- Strong analytical skills & ability to break down and solve complex problems.
- Customer-focused with a clear vision of end goals and customer satisfaction.
