The Opportunity

This role offers a structured pathway into finance through a funded Level 3 Apprenticeship, balancing academic study with integration into a collaborative finance team. You will receive one dedicated day per week for professional study, working closely within a supportive department. Under the mentorship of our Finance Manager, your day-to-day management of ledgers and reconciliations will directly underpin the wider business’ operations. As your capabilities grow, you will transition to further tasks, developing both your technical knowledge and collaborative skills.

We are seeking a proactive individual with a strong affinity for numbers, accuracy, and keen attention to detail who role models BBFC’s values and demonstrates a strong commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion, alongside continuous professional development.

Contract: Permanent, Full-time (including training)

Working Pattern: Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in our Central London office)
