We are currently recruiting for a Senior Team Leader in our Warehouse department working on a rotating shift pattern as follows:
- Shift one: Sunday (10am-6pm), Tuesday-Friday (3pm-11pm)
- Shift two: Monday-Thursday and Saturday (10am-6pm)
Who are we looking for?
We’re seeking a Warehouse Senior Team Leader to join our fast-paced FMCG operation and play a key role in delivering our daily production plan efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
What You’ll Do
As a Warehouse Senior Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading your team to deliver the production schedule on time and in full.
- Ensuring compliance with GMP, HACCP, allergen control, and food hygiene standards.
- Maintaining a safe working environment and driving continuous improvement.
- Managing team performance, development, and engagement.
- Monitoring efficiency and cost control across labour, utilities, and consumables.
- Supporting the Warehouse Manager with improvement projects and operational excellence.
