We are currently looking for a receptionist to join our BBF Team.
Purpose of the RoleTo act as a contact point for visitors, incoming calls and BBF employees, to ensure enquiries are dealt with professionally, in compliance with local security and safety procedures and that business support services are provided to managers across the location.
Principle Accountabilities- Provide first point of contact for visitors and telephone enquiries ensuring application of health and safety practices and positively presenting the image of the Group.
- Book travel and accommodation to accordance with business requirements.
- Prepare and print documents, standard reports and minutes/meeting notes in response to requests from teams across the location.
- Co-ordinate room booking and refreshments for meetings following the direction given by functional teams/budget holders.
- Ordering of stationery and supplies for teams across the location to ensure that all necessary resources/logistics are available when required.
- Knowledge and experience working on a reception/switchboard or in a customer facing front line position.
- Experience or knowledge of phone systems.
- Good level of computer skills working on Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professionalism - customer service skills.
- Compliance with company policy and procedures.
- Good organisation skills arranging meeting room bookings.
- Relentless of cost using approved suppliers to order stationary supplies.
