We are currently recruiting a Customer Services Account Handler who will be responsible for managing the service of all customer accounts and being the first point of contact for our customers.

Responsibilities
- Manage service level for customer accounts.
- Produce customer forecasts using customer portals and challenge internally / externally when orders differ.
- Build excellent relationships with your customers internally and externally through effective communication and teamworking.
- Working with finance to ensure all customers are invoiced correctly and PODs obtained.
- Working with all 3PLs to ensure products are delivered on time and in full.
- Maintain rolling stock sheets communicating potential shortages and wastage risks.
- Track all 3PL stored stock, challenge data, manage returns with both the 3PL and the customer.
- Maintain / Input orders in a timely manner.
- Complete daily service level reports.
- Working closely with commercial / planning and operations to communicate service risks/improve service levels.
- Ensure Christmas allocations are met in full and all stock sent before it falls below minimum depot life.
- Investigate customer queries and discrepancies and identify solutions to prevent re-occurrences.
- Deal with email/telephone enquiries.
- Raise claims to our 3PL where necessary.
- Communicate effectively shortages to customers daily.
- Maintain the relationship with all charity partners, ensuring no stock goes to waste.
- Remote weekend cover required on a rotational basis and some BH working.
- Carry out all other necessary tasks to ensure the smooth running of customer accounts.
