We are currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Lead / Supervisor to join an established manufacturing / engineering environment and support the ongoing development of the company’s quality function.
The Role
- Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ISO 9001 standards.
- Oversee quality control, inspection and testing activities.
- Manage quality risks and support corrective actions.
- Monitor and improve supplier quality.
- Handle quality-related customer complaints and feedback.
- Drive continuous improvement and root-cause problem solving.
- Conduct and support internal, external and ISO audits.
- Implement CAPA and corrective actions where required.
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards and processes.
- Coordinate the day-to-day workload of the quality team.
About You
We're looking for someone with
- Experience within a quality/manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMS.
- Experience with auditing, corrective actions and continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
- The ability to coordinate and support a quality team.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach.
Days based onsite working, Mon-Thur 7:30am-4pm. Friday 7:30am-12:30pm.
