We are currently recruiting on behalf of an outdoor-worn plastic product manufacturing company based in Crawley who are looking to add a Hands on Machine Setter and Supervisor to their Manufacturing team.
You ll be responsible for leading teams of up 18 people, reporting into the Production Manager, implementing Production Plans, setting machinery, processing PVC and exotic materials.
Days based working 8:30am-5pm Mon-Fri, with occasional need to move to a 6-2, 2-10 during peak times in the year You must have hand s on Machinery Setting experience (And be willing to learn their machinery onsite) as well as good experience Supervising and leading / training teams If this sounds like something that be interest you, or you d like further information please get in touch directly or apply!
