You will be a pivotal member of BBD Boom’s professional services team, leading HubSpot implementations and optimisations for clients. You’ll translate client objectives into practical HubSpot solutions across Marketing, Sales and Service Hubs, support adoption through training and consultation, and help clients “HubSpot Better.”
Key Responsibilities:
- Discovery & Strategy: Run discovery workshops, develop bespoke HubSpot strategies and roadmaps, and communicate insights, risks and opportunities to project and account managers.
- Implementation & Configuration: Configure HubSpot portals (CRM, pipelines, custom objects, workflows, lead scoring); manage integrations and migrations; employ advanced features and third‑party apps.
- Automation & Optimisation: Design and implement automated workflows; build dashboards and reports to monitor performance; propose and implement continuous improvements.
- Training & Adoption: Deliver client training sessions and workshops; provide documentation and ongoing support to ensure adoption.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact throughout project lifecycles; collaborate with BBD Boom strategists, content specialists and developers; promote our culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up to date on HubSpot releases; maintain certifications; contribute to BBD Boom’s thought leadership initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ hands‑on experience with HubSpot across Marketing, Sales and Service Hubs, including onboarding, migrations and integrations.
- Experience working at a HubSpot Solutions Partner or a proven track record of leading multiple HubSpot onboardings/implementations across different organisations (e.g. as a consultant).
- Deep technical expertise in workflows, automation, custom objects, APIs and third‑party integrations.
- Strong understanding of B2B inbound marketing, sales enablement and revenue operations.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; confidence in facilitating discovery sessions and training.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- HubSpot certifications required (Marketing, Sales, Service, CRM Implementation or Ops Hub); ongoing commitment to professional development essential.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Problem resolution: Number and impact of client challenges resolved (e.g. migrations, integrations) and reduction of recurring issues.
- Expertise development: Acquisition of new HubSpot certifications or advanced accreditations; participation in internal training or thought leadership initiatives.
- Actionable insights: Quality and frequency of data‑driven recommendations delivered to clients; percentage adopted by clients.
- Client success & satisfaction: Client NPS and satisfaction scores; independent review ratings reflecting expertise and customer care.
- Feature adoption & value realisation: Adoption rates of key HubSpot features (workflows, automation, custom objects, reports) by clients and measurable improvements in their marketing and sales performance.
