PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: Up to £55,000 plus £5,441 London Weighting depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Join a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary creative team delivering high-quality design, video and promotional content across a wide range of platforms and partners. As Production Lead, you'll drive creative operations, project delivery and resource planning, ensuring campaigns and content are delivered efficiently, on budget and to the highest standards. You'll play a pivotal role in connecting creative teams, stakeholders and external partners to bring ideas to life.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT
- Lead resource planning and workflow management, ensuring creative capacity is aligned to business priorities and project demand.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of creative projects, overseeing timelines, budgets, approvals, asset delivery and risk management.
- Develop and embed efficient operational processes, tools and ways of working that enhance team performance and productivity.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors and agency partners to ensure smooth collaboration and successful project outcomes.
- Oversee financial, legal and compliance requirements, ensuring projects are delivered responsibly, accurately and within budget.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Significant experience leading creative production, project management or traffic functions within a creative, marketing or media environment.
- Proven track record of delivering multiple concurrent creative projects across digital, social, video and design channels.
- Strong experience managing budgets, timelines, resources and stakeholders to deliver work on time and to a high standard.
- Excellent organisational, communication and relationship-management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
- Strong understanding of creative production workflows, including design, video, post-production and digital content delivery.
DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED
- Experience managing freelance talent, agencies and external suppliers.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, purchase order management and financial reporting systems such as SAP.
- Experience in delivering digital rebrands or large-scale marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of copyright clearance, content rights management and compliance requirements.
- Interest in emerging creative technologies, AI and automation tools that improve team efficiency.
