  • Support the delivery of projects ranging from short-term initiatives to longer-term strategic priorities, working across commissioning, production, talent, training, partnerships and audience-focused initiatives.
  • Coordinating stakeholders across BBC divisions and external organisations.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams, contributing to business planning, budget monitoring and forecasting activities where required.
  • Managing multiple concurrent projects and workstreams, identifying and escalating risks and creating performance updates, reporting to stakeholders as required.
  • Support the evaluation of Creative Diversity initiatives, ensuring outcomes, insights and recommendations are documented and shared.
  • Contribute to measuring the impact of projects and identifying opportunities for future improvement.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Planner, Smartsheet, Asana or similar platforms.

DESIRABLE

  • Experience supporting inclusion, diversity or audience-focused initiatives.
  • Project Management qualification (PRINCE2, Agile, APM, MSP or equivalent).
  • Demonstrable professional development with a recognised project management qualification or equal experience (e.g. PRINCE2, APMP, Agile certification).
