- Experience working across multiple stakeholders, partners or markets.
- Excellent organisation and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace.
- A collaborative, proactive approach and the confidence to challenge and influence.
- A genuine passion for brands, entertainment, consumers and the role retail can play in bringing them to life.
- Experience across softlines, toys, home, FMCG or other consumer categories would be advantageous, as would licensing experience.
