Your Key Responsibilities And Impact

  • Supported delivery of UKEMEA franchise growth plans through execution of integrated, multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborated cross‑functionally with teams including Consumer Products, Retail, Comms, Live Events, and Global Brand to drive visibility and commercial success.
  • Managed relationships with external partners such as licensing agencies, toy partners, distributors, and creative/media agencies.
  • Developed and delivered creative briefs, coordinating timelines and assets to ensure high‑quality, on‑time campaign execution.
  • Led end‑to‑end delivery of campaign assets, ensuring effective launch amplification across relevant channels and platforms.
  • Managed marketing budget tracking, including forecasting, spend monitoring, variance reporting, and PO processing in collaboration with finance.
  • Acted as a key brand guardian for Bluey, ensuring all activity aligned with brand guidelines and delivering brand training to stakeholders.
  • Maintained and distributed core brand tools (brand decks, guidelines, asset libraries) to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Leveraged audience insights and campaign data to inform targeting, optimise performance, and contribute to post‑campaign evaluations.
  • Task‑managed junior team members and built strong relationships across regional and international stakeholders, while staying informed on industry and digital trends.

Essential Criteria

  • Delivering multi‑media marketing campaigns from brief to evaluation.
  • Working with creative and media teams (either in‑house, or external agency).
  • Project management, and efficient use of resources.
  • Analytical approach, able to critically evaluate ideas and information.
  • Effective written and spoken communication with good presentation skills.
  • Able to adapt and make improvements to working practices.
  • Ability to meet and set targets and deadlines while managing a wide range of concurrent activities.
  • Budget management & tracking finance process.
