Your Key Responsibilities And Impact
- Develop and execute the global annual brand plan, translating franchise strategy into impactful marketing initiatives that drive brand growth and commercial success.
- Partner with the VP, Global Brand Director, and cross‑functional teams to maximise revenue opportunities across brands, licensing, content, and key consumer moments.
- Champion an insight‑led approach, leveraging audience, consumer, market, and retail data to inform strategy, activation, and decision‑making.
- Lead B2B and trade marketing activations, collaborating with stakeholders and product teams to drive awareness, consideration, and purchase intent.
- Build strong relationships with regional and local teams to ensure global brand consistency while enabling effective local market execution.
- Act as the Bluey brand expert and guardian, clearly articulating brand DNA, audience segmentation, identity, architecture, and purpose across all touchpoints.
- Drive creative innovation by identifying new opportunities, consumer trends, and activation approaches that evolve the brand while remaining true to its core values.
- Deliver integrated global marketing campaigns, overseeing strategy, briefs, creative development, media planning, partnerships, asset creation, and campaign compliance.
- Use performance data, insights, and post‑campaign evaluations to optimise marketing effectiveness, maximise return on investment, and inform future activity.
- Lead collaboration with editorial, product, digital, and external partners to create compelling campaigns, experiences, and partnerships that support brand and business objectives.
