This is an exciting opportunity for an entry level coordinator to join the BBC Studios Brands & Licensing team at a time of rapid business growth. The role will focus on supporting the team in developing and executing 360 integrated brand marketing campaigns (B2B and B2C for our children’s brands with a specific focus on Bluey) across UK/EMEA territories, aimed at developing brand awareness and affinity on a local level, and working closely with partners, including broadcast and licensees.

The Ideal candidate will thrive in a busy start-up style environment plus have the ability to work within a global matrix organisation. We are looking for someone with a real passion for marketing and ideally kids’ brands. Someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and work across all aspects of a marketing campaign – from administration through to smaller project management.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Managing artwork approvals for multiple licensing partners, ensuring feedback is given in a timely manner.
  • Supplying brand assets and marketing guidelines to partners.
  • Creating brand decks and updating 1-page summaries to be sent to stakeholders.
  • Supporting team members with key meetings by booking rooms, meeting guests and taking minutes where required.
  • Sending product out to influencers, celebrities and competition winners.
  • May be required to assist across other shows in the Kids & Family portfolio such as Hey Duggee and Supertato to support business needs.
