Saturday Mash Up! is looking for a Glasgow based Junior Production Manager.
Overview
Working across a live, weekly studio show with an audience of 80+ children, this is a busy role working closely with the PM and deputising as required.
Responsibilities
- Help manage the production management team
- Support with scheduling, keeping track of costs and purchasing
- Manage VTs and location filming
- Hire and manage location crew
- Serve as the key point of contact for on‑screen talent
- Negotiate contracts
- Perform risk assessment
- Handle child licensing and child protection
Work Details
The working week is Tuesday to Saturday, with early starts on Saturday for studio. Contract dates: 6th July – 18th December.
Qualifications
Experienced Studio PCs and JPMs with experience of the tasks outlined above. Essential: experience of child licensing and managing child welfare. BBC systems experience helpful.
