What This Role Is About
You will be an entry‑level Production Management Assistant supporting the BBC Sport Production team across TV, radio, online and events. You will help with shooting, studio set‑ups, crew bookings, call sheets, transport, accommodations, payments, permits, small budgets, and more – gaining the practical experience required for a Level 4 apprenticeship.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with shoots, studio setups, crew bookings and call sheets
- Book transport and accommodation for crews and participants
- Raise payments for suppliers and broadcasters
- Apply for accreditations, permits and visas as required
- Create and manage small production budgets

Eligibility Criteria
- Age 18 or over by the start of the apprenticeship (Sept 2026)
- Have lived in the UK continuously for 3 years prior to the start date
- Legally eligible to work full‑time in the UK for the full apprenticeship period
- Not currently enrolled in another apprenticeship program
- If under 19 at the start date, must have achieved a GCSE Level 4 (or above) in Maths and English or an equivalent qualification (functional skills Level 2 if not achieved)
