JOB BAND: E CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent, Full-time DEPARTMENT: HR - People & Culture / Performance, Capability & Leadership Centre of Excellence LOCATION: London Television Centre – Hybrid PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £80,000 - £90,000 plus £5441 London Weighting depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience.

The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Drive organisational performance by identifying and solving critical business challenges through leadership, capability and change interventions.

As part of a newly formed, high-impact Centre of Expertise, this role partners with senior leaders to diagnose performance barriers, design scalable solutions and deliver measurable outcomes.

Success is defined by improved leadership effectiveness, capability growth, organisational change adoption and a clear return on investment from people initiatives.

  • YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT
  • Partner with leaders to identify high-value performance opportunities, diagnose root causes and deliver measurable improvements in organisational and business performance.
  • Assess current and future capability needs, designing scalable solutions that build critical skills and support strategic priorities, transformation and growth.
  • Enhance leadership effectiveness through coaching, development interventions and succession planning for business-critical roles.
  • Enable successful organisational change by identifying people impacts, capability requirements and performance risks, ensuring sustainable adoption.
  • Design and deliver practical performance, capability and leadership solutions that create tangible organisational value.
  • Leverage data, technology and modern learning approaches to develop efficient, scalable and repeatable solutions across the business.
  • Define success measures, track impact and ROI, and use insights to continuously optimise initiatives and improve outcomes.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

  • Proven track record of delivering measurable organisational development, leadership, capability and performance outcomes.
  • Strong consulting, diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insight into impactful action.
  • Experience influencing, coaching and constructively challenging senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and focus on high-value activities.
  • Skilled in using data, evidence and insights to inform decisions, measure impact and demonstrate ROI.
  • Experience leading organisational change, designing interventions, facilitating delivering training of a broad range of topics to various participants, embedding adoption with robust ROI metrics, in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong understanding of modern leadership, capability and organisational effectiveness practices, with the ability to design scalable solutions in resource-conscious settings.
  • Experience working within a Centre of Expertise model. Experience working with SAP.
  • DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED
  • Knowledge of workforce capability planning, succession and talent practices.
  • Experience leveraging digital tools, AI-enabled solutions or modern learning technologies.
