OUR INVITATION

The New Business Manager is responsible for managing the onboarding pipeline for new business opportunities as they transition from a commercial proposition into operational delivery across BBC Studios systems and services. Working across Commercial, Product, Editorial, Operations and Technology teams, the role ensures new clients, channels, platforms and services are successfully mobilised and onboarded to enable delivery of BBC Branded Services with regard to VOD content, apps and linear TV services.

The role acts as the operational bridge between commercial agreements and delivery execution, coordinating onboarding activities, managing dependencies, facilitating stakeholder alignment, ensuring onboarding readiness and applying appropriate governance across multiple workstreams. This is a highly visible, cross‑functional role requiring strong stakeholder management, commercial awareness and a solid understanding of video/content onboarding workflows and broadcast/digital delivery ecosystems.

While not a technical delivery role, the position requires confidence working alongside technical teams and translating operational and technical requirements into actionable onboarding plans.
