JOB PURPOSE
We’re looking for a social media coordinator to join the BBC Children’s & Education team, to work across our CBBC, Newsround and BBC Bitesize accounts. You’ll create social‑first video and image content with strategic vision, support a team of Social Media Executives managing campaigns and assist in scheduling and publishing content across our platforms.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Experience using social platforms in a professional capacity
- An understanding of what makes the most engaging social content
- Proficient editing skills using Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Premiere Pro)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- The ability to prioritise workload and work across multiple projects at once
DESIRABLE CRITERIA
- Understanding of social analytics and how to interpret data
- Experience assisting on shoots and filming
- Adobe After Effects experience
