BBC Studios is seeking an Operations Support Specialist within the Business Services, Operations Team in London. This six-month fixed-term contract role oversees day-to-day operational delivery across infrastructure, systems, tools, finance and projects, with autonomy and accountability and escalation to the Senior Operations Manager where needed.
You will lead daily stand-ups, manage ticketing, configure Monday.com boards, coordinate internal tools and processes, and coach junior staff.
