Your key responsibilities and impact

You will gain experience in at least four of the following areas:

• Litigation and Information Rights
• Programme Legal Advice
• Employment Law
• Regulatory and Competition Law
• Intellectual Property Law
• Rights and Business Affairs
• Distribution Law
• Technology Law
• Commercial Law

In addition, you will study for your SQE 1 & 2 and spend one day a week on study with BPP.

Eligibility criteria

• 18 years old or over by September 2026.
• Legally eligible to work full‑time in the UK for the entire duration.
• Not currently enrolled in another apprenticeship programme.
• Identify as disabled under the Equality Act.

• Have a qualifying law degree or a non‑law degree + GDL within last 5 years, at 2:1 or above by September 2026.
• Achieve Maths and English GCSE Grade 4/C or equivalent.
• Achieve A levels at grade AAB or equivalent.
• Not have any part of the LPC, SQE or CILEX Level 6 Diploma.
