Your key responsibilities and impact
You will gain experience in at least four of the following areas:
- Litigation and Information Rights
- Programme Legal Advice
- Employment Law
- Regulatory and Competition Law
- Intellectual Property Law
- Rights and Business Affairs
- Distribution Law
- Technology Law
- Commercial Law
In addition, you will study for your SQE 1 & 2 and spend one day a week on study with BPP.
Your skills and eligibility
We are looking for potential, not just qualifications.
- Legal knowledge – Foundation in law and willingness to study for the SQE.

Eligibility criteria
- 18 years old or over by September 2026.
- Legally eligible to work full‑time in the UK for the entire duration.
- Not currently enrolled in another apprenticeship programme.
- Identify as disabled under the Equality Act.

- Have a qualifying law degree or a non‑law degree + GDL within last 5 years, at 2:1 or above by September 2026.
- Achieve Maths and English GCSE Grade 4/C or equivalent.
- Achieve A levels at grade AAB or equivalent.
- Not have any part of the LPC, SQE or CILEX Level 6 Diploma.
