ABOUT THE EXTEND PROGRAMME
This role is part of the BBC Extend programme for disabled people. - Developing research and production skills
- Providing comprehensive support for all aspects of programme production

YOUR CLARIFICATIONS AND LEARNING
In addition to onâjob learning, you will attend learning blocks (up to a week at a time) with a learning provider, working towards a Level 3 Production Assistant apprenticeship qualification. Learning blocks will be a mixture of inâperson and virtual delivery.

This scheme is aimed at nonâgraduates. If you have a degree, consider other apprenticeship schemes or roles at the BBC.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Be 18 years old or over by the time the apprenticeship begins in September 2026
- Have lived continuously in the UK for the last 3 years prior to the start of the apprenticeship
- Be legally eligible to work fullâtime in the UK for the entire duration of the apprenticeship
- Not currently be enrolled in another apprenticeship programme
- No prior learning is required to apply
- Identify as disabled under the Equality Act (2010)
