- PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £23,000 - £26,000 per annum depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused individual to join our Resourcing Administrative Team within the BBC's HR Service Centre. This team plays a vital role in being agile and supporting HR teams like Recruitment team, Onboarding team, HR Services team and many more, engaging and supporting start to end of the BBC's employee journey.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT
- Deliver a high-quality administrative service to hiring managers and candidates across the BBC.
- Manage interview scheduling, including coordinating communication with key stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with BBC policies and legal requirements.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
- Use People systems (e.g. SAP, SuccessFactors) to input and track data with precision.
- Coordinate welcome communications and recruitment/Onboarding materials.
- Identify opportunities to improve the employee experience and suggest creative ideas.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, or a similar support role.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data.
- Comfortable using HR systems and digital tools. Experience with SAP or similar HR systems.
- A team player who enjoys working collaboratively.
DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:
- Welsh speaking.
- Understanding of recruitment / onboarding best practices and compliance requirements.
- Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise effectively.
