WHY JOIN THE TEAM?
Commercial owner of the FAST business across EMEA, covering account management, the ad sales interface, contract negotiation and new business development. Acts as the single point of accountability for 15+ FAST partner relationships, driving revenue delivery against annual targets while developing new distribution opportunities
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT :
- Act as day-to-day relationship owner for 15+ FAST partners (e.g. Samsung, Pluto, Amazon), planning and running QBRs including agenda, data pack and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with Editorial Team on new content to unlock FAST revenue, and with Finance to track revenue actuals against forecasts.
- Own the FAST ad sales interface — impressions, CPM, yield and optimisation strategy — engaging platform ad teams and third-party media houses to optimise revenue.
- Lead FAST distribution and ad sales contract negotiations
- Plan and manage the renewals pipeline, proactively renegotiating ahead of expiry, and act as owner of the best practice document in cooperation with Legal.
- Identify, qualify and pitch new FAST platform partnerships across EMEA.
- Build commercial propositions, model ROI and lead pitch presentations.
- Scan for emerging FAST / AVOD opportunities to maintain competitive positioning.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :
- Substantial account management experience, ideally owning a portfolio of strategic platform or distribution partners
- Demonstrable understanding of the FAST / AVOD ecosystem and the major platforms operating across EMEA
- Working knowledge of digital ad sales
- Substantial sales and/or business development experience in digital media, streaming or broadcast
- Strong commercial negotiation skills, including experience of different digital monetisation models
- Ability to build strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders,
- Strong commercial and financial literacy, with the ability to track actuals against forecasts and build ROI cases
