You will create an immediate good impression and anticipate the needs of all who walk through the doors, setting the best first impression of the company and interacting with everyone across the business!Duties Include (but are not limited to);Act as first point of contact for Reception.Provide a warm and friendly, stand-out experience.Ensure catering/refreshments are provided/set-upKeep reception area tidy at all timescoordinate meeting room bookingsHandle business correspondence/post collection/distribution/couriers etc.Assist Office Manager in their duties and pick up tasks in their absenceThe Reception is the heart of the agency, so we are looking for someone who is a people person and wants to act as the lynch pin taking immense pride in their role.
