Job Description
Exciting opportunity for PA to join an international Film & TV company working within the Legal Team on a 10 month FTC. A high degree of confidentiality and discretion are key requirements of the role in addition to a positive attitude and demonstrable previous PA experience gained from working in a busy matrix organisation.

Duties will include ( but are not limited to):

- Complex diary management across time zones
- Managing electronic filing systems
- Uploading contracts onto the formats catalogue and completing required information
- Making basic amendments to contracts and templates
- Networking within the company and clients to ensure the team is productive and efficient
- Research – Legal, formats, general media
- Managing the portfolio of domain names – reminders, renewals and invoicing
- Managing divisional monthly status reports, updating multiple tracking sheets
- Minuting periodic regular meetings, as required
- Travel arrangements including itinerary compilation & distribution
- Bookings, including meeting rooms, hospitality, taxi and restaurant reservations
- Anticipate principal needs surrounding scheduled events and the team itself

Experience of reporting directly to senior management (ideally gained from working within a legal team in the media industry) is a necessity for this role as is experience managing confidential information in a diplomatic and culturally sensitive manner. Excellent organisational and time-management skills are key to success in the role as is a resilient and proactive mind-set with a flexible approach to daily workload.
