Job Description
Very exciting opportunity for a PA to join an award-winning West End Theatre company on a 6 month Maternity contract.  The successful person will support the Founder and Producer with all elements of his personal life, from managing his personal diary to overseeing suppliers at his residential property, organising travel arrangements, and supporting at events.

Duties will include ( but are not limited to):

- \\n\\t
- Arrange travel, accommodation and itineraries for domestic and international engagements
- Handle confidential correspondence and provide efficient high volume email management
- Correspond with the family of the Producer where necessary
- Coordinate event-based logistics and travel for friends and family (including the family dogs)
- Organise services at the residential property including caterers, gardeners, and handymen and liaise with the housekeeperÂ
- Assist in coordinating events, including the office Christmas party and summer social
- Organise dinners and small parties for VIP’s associated to and around productions
- Set up meeting in the London office

You will possess 1-3 years of PA or assistant experience gained from working within a fast paced creative/media environment. You will be highly organised, with an eye for detail and accuracy. Possess clear communication and trustworthy attributes, a strong level of administrative skills with the ability to schedule and perform well under pressure. The ability to handle sensitive information with tact, diplomacy, discretion and flexibility and the ability to implement changes at speed are essential. This role is office based with either a December or January start so do not delay and email me your CV today !
