Exciting opportunity for an Office Coordinator / Manager to join a luxury beauty company. The successful person will have responsibility for all aspects of office and front of house organisation and co-ordination, overseeing and supporting a broad scope of tasks ranging from health and safety compliance, IT support, and team social events.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Meeting and greeting all visitors and assisting as required
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Booking all couriers
- Liaising with contractors
- Organising office maintenance and repairs
- Ordering all office related supplies and equipment
- Managing the set-up of new starter workstations
- Assisting in creating new employee Induction Programmes
- Maintaining Health & Safety documentation and assessments
- Managing inventory and restocking of PR products, web boxes and product storage areas
- Organising PR and Sales deliveries, including support for PR events and exhibitions
- Ordering and coordinating monthly product allocation
- Planning, delivering and hosting the annual Christmas party, alongside monthly employee celebrations and employee engagement activities
- Creating the monthly Company Newsletters
This is a true all-encompassing role, therefore the successful person will possess exceptional attention to detail, a can do attitude and take pride that the office is a reflection of them. The role is office based.
