Amazing opportunity for an experienced EA to support the Leadership Team working for a well-known TV Broad. As a trusted partner to the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in managing their day-to-day operations, supporting strategic priorities, and ensuring the smooth running of a fastâpaced and dynamic office. The successful person will combine discretion, initiative, and exceptional organisational skills.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Provide comprehensive EA support across the Senior Management Team, managing both professional and occasional personal matters
- Act as the first point of contact and gatekeeper
- Oversee complex diary management across multiple senior leaders
- Prepare and circulate agendas, briefings, and meeting papers
- Track and manage followâup actions from key meetings
- Liaise daily with senior editorial, operational, and production leads to align priorities across departments
- Attend senior meetings where required, taking minutes and managing subsequent action plans
- Liaise effectively with crossâdivision stakeholders
- Coordinate internal communications and support external engagements, media appearances, and speaking events
- Organise away days, team events, and divisional briefings
- Manage expenses, invoices, and annual leave tracking for the Senior Management Team
About you: To be successful in the role, you will possess proven experience supporting senior leaders, ideally gained from working within media, broadcasting, or a similarly highâpressure, fastâpaced environment. You will have exceptional organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple competing demands and be confident, proactive, and solutions focused with the ability to anticipate needs and act on initiative.
