Exciting opportunity for a Legal PA to join an international Film & TV company on a 12 month FTC. A high degree of confidentiality and discretion are key requirements of the role in addition to a positive attitude and demonstrable previous PA experience gained from working in a busy matrix organisation. Duties will include ( but are not limited to):Complex diary management across time zonesManaging electronic filing systemsUploading contracts onto the formats catalogue and completing required informationMaking basic amendments to contracts and templatesNetworking within the company and with clients to ensure the team is productive and efficientResearch – Legal, formats, general mediaManaging the portfolio of domain names – reminders, renewals and invoicingManaging divisional monthly status reports, updating multiple tracking sheetsMinuting periodic regular meetings, as requiredTravel arrangements including itinerary compilation & distributionBookings, including meeting rooms, hospitality, taxi and restaurant reservationsAnticipate principal needs surrounding scheduled events and the team itself Experience of reporting directly to senior management (ideally gained from working within a legal team in the media industry) is a necessity for this role as is experience managing confidential information in a diplomatic and culturally sensitive manner. Excellent organisational and time-management skills are key to success in the role as is a resilient and proactive mind-set with a flexible approach to daily workload. The ideal person will be available to start on 6th June 2025.
