Superb opportunity for an upbeat, confident and friendly Front of House Coordinator to join a fast-paced creative agency. You will create an immediate good impression and anticipate the needs of all who walk through the doors, setting the best first impression of the company and interacting with everyone across the business! This is not a role where you will be sitting at a desk all day so a can do attitude and a willingness to get stuck in with a varying workload is essential.
Duties Include (but are not limited to):
- Act as first point of contact on Reception.
- Provide a warm and friendly, stand-out experience.
- Ensure catering/refreshments are provided, set-up and cleared away.
- Keep reception area tidy at all times.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Help to coordinate internal events.
- Set up New Starters.
- Handle business correspondence/post collection/distribution/couriers etc.
- Assist Office Manager in their duties and pick up tasks in their absence.
The Front of House is the heart of the agency, so we are looking for someone who is a people person and wants to act as the lynch pin taking immense pride in their role.
