Guest Operations Specialist – Signature Aviation, Glasgow FBO
Full-time, Permanent Contract
About the Role
In this role, you will assist in the day‑to‑day operations of the base, providing exceptional guest experience to all passengers, visitors, and crew in line with the Signature Service Programme. You will carry out ramp services as required, offering assistance to crews and liaising with ground handling services. You will conduct quality checks, bulk fueling, and deliver Jet A1 fuel to customers’ aircraft.
You will liaise with guests, provide information relevant to their flight requirements, and ensure compliance with all requirements, guidelines, and formalities set by the airport authority, UK Border Force, and Special Branch, including passport, customs, and immigration procedures. You will be fully conversant with the CFMU, Signet, and SHEEBA systems.
As part of your responsibilities, you will raise and process invoices, assist guests and suppliers with invoicing queries, and cross‑check invoices to ensure accurate billing. You will maintain supply levels in VIP lounge areas and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in all VIP areas.

- IT literate and proficient in using Microsoft Office programmes Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Additional languages are desirable
- Valid and clean driving licence
